COMMUNITY CHALLENGE GRANTS

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY IN CINCINNATI

With funds provided by AARP’s Community Challenge grant, Habitat for Humanity in Cincinnati was able to complete repairs to help veteran families remain in their homes. Donald and Gale have been in their home for more than 50 years and needed assistance repairing a dilapidated set of steps and a handrail leading to their home.

UNION MILES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

With funds provided by AARP’s Community Challenge grant, Union Miles Development Corporation was able to complete 130 repairs for senior residents in Union Miles area of Cleveland, Ohio.
